Document Description
The proposed project would subdivide an existing parcel of 7.71 acres into six residential lots of approximately one acre each, and also construct a cul-de-sac to provide access from Sussex Dr to five of the residential lots. Access to the remaining lot would be directly from Essex Dr. Each residential lot would include a building pad, a domestic well, and a septic tank with an accompanying leachfield. Utility would be underground in a public utility easement, and a storm drainage system would direct stormwater to an existing drainage basin.
