Document Description
The project includes the demolition of an existing retail and commercial building and the construction of a new seven story mixed use development on an approximately 28,500 sf lot. The new building will contain 3,575 sf of commercial space on the ground floor and 98 dwelling units on second through seventh floors, consisting of nine dwelling units set aside for very low income households and 89 market rate units. The seven story building will have a max building height of 89 ft. The project will provide a min of 139 residential parking spaces and seven commercial parking spaces in a garage that consists of a street level and two subterranean levels. The project also proposes a min of 98 long term bicycle parking stalls and 10 short term stalls. The new building will provide a min of 10,850 sf of open space areas, including a recreation and gym room on the ground floor, a court yard on the third floor, and private balconies.
