Document Description
The proposed project would include the rezone and redesignation of the Juniper Ridge and Claremont Property project sites to MBL and MB. The Claremont Property project also includes the reuse of the former Claremont Custody Center facility for a CMO. The CMO Permanent Ordinance would supersede the CMO Urgency Ordinance currently in place in the City of Coalinga, and would provide permanent standards for CMOs within the City.
