CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0033-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Kiner Group, Inc.
The project is limited to the modification, replacement, and/or construction of concrete slope protection of the Whitewater River Stormwater Channel (WWRSC) and associated recontouring of adjacent areas as part of a real estate development on the south side of the WWRSC that includes an approx. 18-acre mixed commercial/residential development on the east side of Miles Avenue and an approx. 15-acre site west of Miles Avenue that is currently planned to be resort commercial development.
