Document Description
The KTWD, a CVP water contractor will exchange up to 55,300 acre-feet per year for a combined total of 110,600 acre-feet of 2016 and 2017 CVP water with Kern County Water Agency, a SWP contractor. KCWA has requested conveyance by DWR of this non-SWP water under article 55 of KCWA's long-term SWP water service contract. The water will be conveyed using existing SWP facilities and will be delivered within the SWP place of use.
