Evaluate technical feasibility, environmental impacts, and associated cost with the following 3 alternatives for upgrading the existing Springfield Water System; Drilling new test well at school site on Springfield Road and upgrading existing distribution system, Drill test well at existing well site and update existing distribution system, Connect too existing Moss Landing Water System and upgrade distribution system. Also consolidation to the neighboring communities under the LEFA project #0027002-0012 to provide potable water to the existing Springfield Water System and Moss Landing Mobile Community, Springfield and Giberson Road residents.
