Document Description
This project includes the inspection of an existing leach field for proper operation, which will require light surface excavation in a previously disturbed area. In addition, this exemption includes the issuance of a Right-of-Entry (ROE) permit for the contractor's inspection and transfer of ownership of this septic system form Mission hills community Services district to the California Department of Parks and Recreation. This exemption will serve for all three actions.
