Document Description
The proposed bridge rehabilitation will include removal and replacement of approximately 8,352 square feet (348'x24') of corrugated metal decking and asphalt roadway surface and repainting of the entire steel structure. Bridge painting will require surface preparation of the existing steel before re-spraying with new paint. Surface preparation could include sandblasting and/or acid washing. Work will be completed from temporary scaffolding built around the existing bridge frame. A full containment and collection system will be used to collect and dispose of debris during all construction activities.
