Document Description
The DTSC, pursuant to regulatory authority granted under Chapter 6.8 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code, has approved the draft Remedial Action Workplan for the former site recommending institutional controls as reasonably necessary to protect present and future human health and safety and the environment from the potential risk from residual contamination at the Site. The Land Use Covenant filed as deed restriction will prohibit the use of the Site as a residence, hospital, school, or daycare center, will limit the site to industrial/commercial uses, and will restrict the use of site groundwater to non-potable and/or agricultural use.
