Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to Marin County to remove soil from Candlestick Point State Recreation Area for a Marin County Park's restoration project. Marin County will remove up to 430 cubic yards of stockpiled bay mud, located at the east edge of the boat ramp parking lot, for use at the restoration project in Marin County. Marin County will also 'replace' the removed soil with no less than an equal volume of imported clean fill to be placed in an area adjacent to but mixed in with the remaining stockpiled bay mud.
