The project includes two encroachments and is limited to the following: replacement of an existing 480inch diameter corrugated metal culvert, with a 60-inch diameter High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe at MP 26.87 and, replacement of an existing 24-inch diameter CMP, with a 24-inch diameter HDPE pipe at MP 28.72
