The maintenance activities allowed under this Routine maintenance agreement are minor in scope and impact. In addition, the number of covered activities carried out in any calendar year will be limited eliminating any significant cumulative impacts. Finally, CDFW staff will review the proposed yearly activities, allowing the Department to reject any specific projects that could have significant impacts.
