EMWD previously filed a NOE for the Seventh Street Pavement Repair evaluation. Subsequently, in April 2016 a geotechnical engineering evaluation of the pavement distress and backfill settlement for the San Jacinto interceptor sewer along Seventh Street between Sanderson Avenue and Lyon Avenue in the City of San Jacinto, California was completed.
