Document Description
To improve water reliability, AVEK will store at least 30,000 AF of MWDSC SWP supplies within Agency's groundwater banking locations in the Antelope Valley. With program exchange, AVEK will provide at least 30,000 AF of its SWP supplies to MWDSC in an uneven exchange. The duration of the program is 10 years.

Water storage or exchange involves imported water delivered through the SWP Calif. Aqueduct would otherwise be consumed or stored by either AVEK or MWDSC.
