The project includes one encroachment activity with three components and is limited to the following: 1) maintenance of existing water system infrastructure located on a bank of the Russian River, including seasonal placement and removal of two single-screened agricultural pump intakes, 2) seasonal diversion of river surface flow from two adjacent points of diversion within the Russian River channel, 3) seasonal diversion of river underflow from a well located near the Russian River.
