Authorize issuance of a General Lease - Public Agency use beginning June 22, 2016, for a term of 30 years, for use and maintenance of an existing pier with a life guard tower, 750 foot long concrete sheet pile groin, maintenance building, storage building, restaurant, public restroom, picnic area, raised planter areas with retaining walls, three parking lots, a tot lot with a perimeter wall, the construction, use, and maintenance of a seasonal flood control berm to prevent beach run-up during winter months; beach nourishment; and the seasonal placement, use, and maintenance of temporary lifeguard stations; authorize endorsement of subleases to DCOR, LLC. SoCal Holdings, LLC, Michael E. Balchin, and ABM Parking services.
