Document Description
This is a Roadway Capital Preventive Maintenance (CAPM) project. The purpose of this project is to extend the service life and improve the ride quality of the existing pavement. Existing AC pavement will be overlaid with RHMA Type A. It is needed because the AC pavement within the project limits is exhibiting deterioration.
