Project consists of the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; installation of small new equipment and minor public alterations in the condition of land, water and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature scenic trees and the placement of minor structures accessory to existing facilities; and the maintenance and preservation of historical resources, in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstruction Historic Buildings.
