SMUD is proposing to install approximately 200 feet of conduit to replace 12 kilovolt distribution lines under Pocket Canal in the Pocket area of Sacramento County, California. Horizontal Direction Drilling technique will be used to install conduit below Pocket canal along Gloria Drive south of Cedar River Way.
