Document Description
Reclamation District No. 2065 proposes to construct a rock revetment on the waterslide slope of the existing levee to repair erosion damage and anomalies. The levee crown will be raised and widened to HMP standards, and an all-weather roadway will be created using class 2 aggregate base. Waterside work will include the creation of a bench utilizing existing rip rap. New rip rap will be placed onto the upper portion of the newly created levee bench, above mean high way between levee stations 0+00 and 265+43. All work shall be conducted above the mean high water mark during appropriate waterside work windows, and no fill or quarry stone will be placed below the MHW. Any impacts shall be subject to mitigation according to AB 360 mandate. Issuance of a streambed alteration agreement number 1600-2016-0157-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
