In accordance with Section 15311 of the CEQA guidelines, the proposed security improvements represent a class 11 project, which consist of the construction, or placement of minor structures accessory to existing facilities. In addition, there is no reasonable possibility that the security improvements would result in a significant effect on the environment. Based on the classification of the improvements and the absence of significant impacts, the proposed improvements are exempt from CEQA.
