Document Description
A concessionaire has submitted a proposal and business plan to operate boating tours on Lake Perris. The Tours would allow visitors who do not have access to a vessel an opportunity to see the lake and visit the island. The tour would operate from the existing marina docks. Two new docks would be placed on the island so that the tour boat could dock safely and allow a platform for the visitors to offload. The docks will be movable so that It can be operable during fluctuating water levels. Nothing permanent will be installed. The dock will be placed on the sand and will be anchored using cables and weights.
