Document Description
CALTRANS is requesting Emergency right of entry from the California Department of Parks and Recreation for emergency stabilization of Pacific Coast Hwy. Emergency work is temporary stabilization of concrete slurry coating to prevent erosion. Erosion has potential to undermine PCH. CALTRANS will be responsible for acquiring all legally mandated permits for the project. A long-term stabilization project will be addressed at a future date.
