Document Description
The project includes two encroachment activities and is limited to: maintenance of existing water system infrastructure located on a bank of the Russian River, including seasonal placement and removal of two single-screened agricultural pump intakes, and seasonal direct diversion and diversion of water to off-stream storage, from two points of diversion at one site. Existing diversions are proposed to continue under State Water Resources control Board (SWRCB), Division of Water Rights License No. 9432A, Russian River Flood Control District Contract Water, and riparian claim.
