Document Description
Department of Fish and Wildlife is proposing to execute a Lake and Streambed alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0074-R5. The Applicant proposes to ongoing routine maintenance with height maintenance areas and associated maintenance facilities located within or adjacent to portions of Bull Creek at the Joseph P. Jenson Filtration Plant. Ongoing routine maintenance activities are necessary in order to maintain the facilities to their functioning design capacity for flood control purposes and public safety. Routine maintenance activities is primarily removing dead vegetation and would also include the removal of debris, trash, fallen limbs, and vegetation in order to maintain flood control and channel capacity.
