EMWD is working with Rh Properties LLC to extend imported water and sewer service to their proposed Murrieta's Hospitality Commons Project. The proposed annexation would extend water and sewer service to approximately 6.95 acres of land located on Monroe Avenue near Los Alamos Road, Murrieta California. The proposed annexation would allow for public utility service through the District, to provide imported water service and sewer service to the future MHC project, proposed by RH Properties LLC.
