Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0395-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Contra Costa County Dept. of Public Works. Project consists of the following activities downstream or west of the Hess Road South and Kirker Pass Road intersection; construction of a bioretention swale; construction of four retaining walls; removal and installation of concrete channels and other drainage features; installation of rock slope protection; riparian tree removal; and relocation of power poles, utilities, and existing roadside features such as signs, drainage features, and fencing within the riparian corridor. These activities are associated with a larger construction project to provide a truck climbing lane.
