RD 784 previously obtained an agreement with CDFW (permit #1600-2006-0272-R2). RD 784 is now seeking to enter into a 12 year RMA, with an optional 5 year renewal. Routine maintenance under the agreement is defined as recurring maintenance work that is necessary to maintain the functional integrity of existing RD 784 internal seasonally dry drainage canals and basins.
