Document Description
The Project is the cultivation of cannabis and associated activities on approximately 32 acres of a 100.92-acre parcel. The project includes approximately 22 acres of cannabis canopy, 24,000 square feet of indoor nursery cultivation, composting area, existing access roads, harvest storage, water storage tanks, and other associated infrastructure. The cannabis canopy portion of the cultivation project will be set back 50 feet from the Santa Ynez River, and hoop structures will be set back 100 feet from the Santa Ynez River. An existing well approximately 75 feet from the Santa Ynez River is the sole water source for the project. The shallow well (approximate location: latitude 34.61282, longitude -120.31033) diverts irrigation water and other water uses associated with the project from unconsolidated san and gravel alluvium in hydraulic connection to the Santa Ynez River.
