Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0195-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, John DeFriel. The project is limited to the cultivation of cannabis, including potential operation and maintenance in adjacent stream areas. The proposed cultivation grow area includes 35 acres of canopy within the 60-acre cultivation site and will occur outdoors underneath hoop structures. Water for the project will be provided by one on-site well (Well A, 34°44'56.6"N/ 120°18'47.9"W) located in the central part of the parcel near the emergency access gate off Highway 135 and approximately 100 feet from San Antonio Creek.
