Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBA-17036-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Wil Crummer. The project is limited to the cultivation of cannabis, a cannabis nursery, and processing activity. The proposed cultivation grow area includes 0.25 acres of nursery within the 1.04-acre cultivation site and will occur indoors in an existing warehouse facility. Water for the project will be provided by one on-site well (Latitude 34.430501°, Longitude -119.824613°) located in the north east corner of the parcel and approximately 500 feet from San Jose Creek.
