Document Description
The MCCP encompasses the establishment of a regulatory licensing program that would ensure that medical cannabis cultivation operations would be performed in a manner that protects the environment, cannabis cultivation workers, and the general public from the individual and cumulative effects of these operations, and fully complies with all applicable laws. The MCCP would also establish a track and trace program to ensure the movement of medical marijuana items are tracked throughout the production chain. The MCCP would apply to all medical cannabis cultivation programs statewide.
