Document Description
The PROS Plan identifies a decision-making framework and recommendations for the city's parks, recreation, and open space and is an implementation action in the city's General Plan. A program EIR was adopted in 2017 for the 2035 Belmont General Plan, Phase I Zoning, Belmont Village Specific Plan, and Climate Action Plan project (SCH 2016082075). An addendum was prepared as the PROS Plan is within the PEIR scope and does not meet Section 15162 criteria for a subsequent or supplemental EIR.
