Document Description
Three projects are to be covered by this EIR. The Belmont General Plan is a comprehensive update to all elements of the City's General Plan except the 2015-2023 Housing Element (which was adopted in May 2015). The Belmont Village Specific Plan provides more detailed policy direction, development standards, and implementation actions for redevelopment of the City's downtown area. The Climate Action Plan will serve as a qualified greenhouse gas reduction strategy consistent with the goals of AB 32 and CEQA Guidelines.
