Document Description
The project proposes construction of two medical office buildings (each building being 7,955 sf) with associated 91 parking spaces on 2.13 acres. The project proposes a general plan amendment to change the land use designation of the project site from rural low density residential (.9 to 2.3 acres per dwelling unit) to Commercial; a rezone from single family residential (RS-B-20) to office and professional, combining design scenic corridor (OP-Dc); a minor boundary line adjustment so that each building will be on a separate lot (proposed parcel 1: 27,253 sf, and proposed parcel 2:65,682 sf); and a variance to allow a 12-ft high wall (210 lf to five to six ft high retaining wall with six ft high split faced block wall on top) at the northwest corner of the site where six ft is allowed.
