Document Description
The project consists of roadway improvements that will widen Douglas Road to a City standard four-lane arterial roadway between Rancho Cordova Parkway and Americanos Blvd. Construction would include placement of pavement, sidewalk, curb, gutter, median, pedestrian bike/path on south side, landscape, irrigation, striping, signage, water, sewer, drainage, fire protection, street lighting, and signal lighting improvements. The city is also considering an option to install a new driveway connection from Douglas Road to Security Park that would align with Borderlands Dr on the south side of Douglas Rd.
