A CUP and site plan review application request for the installation of a wireless communication facility consisting of the installation of six antennas mounted on a 75 ft high monopine with limitation bark, and branches and faux pine needles; one 900 sf (30 ft by 30 ft) equipment compound lease area surrounded by 8-ft in height split-faced block concrete masonry unit wall with corrugated steel access gate, would contain the monopine structure, and four equipment cabinets and a standby diesel generator with 132 gallon tank mounted on two concrete slabs; project would include the installation underground of electrical utility service to the facility from its source onsite, with telecommunication utility service to the facility undergrounded from the existing sources located southeast of the site within the Broadway Court ROW. Five trees would be planted along the existing property fencing that separates the El Dorado Trail from the site.
