The RWQCB is issuing a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project includes the removal and replacement of the existing Mather Dam spillway structure, installation of a permanent pedestrian/vehicular bridge over the new spillway, repair of the spillway outfall area and re-contouring improvements of approx. 300 feet of Morrison Creek, and reinforcement of the existing earthen embankments of the main dam and the wing dam.
