To remove eight existing spillway culverts and replace with a concrete weir spillway; install a pedestrian/vehicular bridge over the new spillway; to repair the spillway outfall area; grade and place rip-rap erosion control along the Morrison Creek channel from the spillway to approx. 300 linear feet downstream; and to reinforce the existing earthen embankments of the main dam and wing dam.
