Project would consist of the construction of a Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC) for the CMD that meets the operational needs, goals, and policies of the CMD. The Project would provide a new multi-facility campus for up to approx. 900 employees in a centralized location. The project would be constructed on approx. 30 acres within the City. The CHQC would provide needed staff facilities including, office spaces, training rooms/classrooms, a dining hall, and other essential employee facilities onsite.
