Document Description
The project is a single family house on an undeveloped, vegetated, 8097 sf lot in an urbanized block of of Manzanita Dr, near the crest of the Oakland Hills. The house would be two stories, with a living area of 2982 sf and a 445 sf garage under the living area. It would be just under 35 ft at the rear elevation and just under 21 ft at the front elevation. A stormwater outfall dissipater would be constructed below the house. An incidental take permit application, dated March 23, 2016, was submitted to the Fish and Wildlife for approval of potential pruning of the roots of two pallid manzanita plants, and pruning of one branch.
