Document Description
The project involves expansion of PG&E existing facilities located at 4940 Allison Parkway in Vacaville, CA. The existing campus includes three single-story buildings with a total building area of approximately 47,070 sf. An approximately 19,200 sf, single story building (Building 4) would be constructed south of the existing VLOC buildings. An approximately 21,500 sf single-story building (Building 5) would be constructed adjacent to the southern wall of Building 4 in the future. The project would include construction of parking areas, a 12-ft high security masonry wall, and landscaping. The total site area of the VLOC would be approximately 15.29 acres. A total of 342 parking spaces would be provided for the entire campus. Primary access would be provided by two driveways on Allison Parkway.
