Document Description
The proposed project is the construction and operation of an approximately 116,000 sf retail center on an approximately 12-acre property, located in the North Natomas neighborhood, within the city of Sacramento. The project site configuration would be divided into a large grouping of approximately 86,000 sf of space, with unit sizes ranging from 6,000 sf to 29,000 sf, and four standalone structures situated along the eastern and southern sections of the site, ranging in size from 7,000 sf to 8,500 sf. The large grouping of retail space in the northern half of the project site would be oriented for south facing frontage interior to the project site, with logistical facilities located on the northern sides of the structure. The specific future users of the commercial buildings have not been determined at this time.
