Document Description
Since the mitigated negative declaration was adopted on September 22, 2016 and filed on september 23, 2016 for the Ione Small Hydroelectric Project, there have been minor alterations to the project's design. These include a) construction of a new permanent access road, b) modifications of proposed discharge pipelines from the hydroelectric faiclity from 3 to one and c) change in location of the flow meter box. Details of these proposes changes are described in the attached August 23, 2018 CEQA Addendum. One September 13, 2018, The Amador's Water Agency's Board of Directors approved the Addendum analyzing these minor changes to the project with no additional mitigation.
