- Request to rezone the entire 117.9+/- acre parcel to a new Planned Development, to expand an existing wine manufacturing facility. The project includes 14 proposed buildings totaling 1,462,186 sf, which includes warehousing, office and administrative buildings, and an employee center. The expansion also includes railroad access to UPRR by constructing two rail spurs, which will minimize traffic in surrounding areas. All access to the project site will occur along Bystrum Rd, and no new access will be created along E. Keyes Rd. Phase one of development will occur within five years of project approval, while future phases will be built upon market demands.
