- The applicant is requesting approval of a tentative parcel map to divide 4.42 acres into two parcels. The proposed parcels are 3.09 acres and 1.33 acres in size. The project will be accessed via a proposed access and public utilities easement extending from an existing driveway on hwy 26. Also requested is a road modification to reduce the road standards from commercial template L consisting of two 12-ft lanes, 8-ft parking lanes, and 7.5-ft wide sidewalks in a 60-ft ROW. The requested modification includes two 12-ft wide travel lanes, a sidewalk from the main ROW to the front door of the proposed Dollar General Store and a turn around at the proposed road on proposed parcel 2. This is a revised IS/ND. The cultural resource section went out for public review from 8/12/16 through 9/12/16.
