The addendum addresses a revised alignment for the North Weed site that was determined to be required to avoid the potential for encountering contaminated groundwater and/or soils resulting from past activities associated with the former Morgan Products Company, previously located on the Roseburg property. The Addendum also addresses the addition of collection system improvements in the downtown area that are required to eliminate sanitary sewer overflows. The subject properties are not included on any list of hazardous waste facilities/sites pursuant to section 65962.5 of the CA Gov Code.
