Document Description
The project involves the development of a 66-room hotel, which will consist of multiple buildings, ranging from two to four stories with a height of 50 ft as its highest elevation at 6828 Depot St. The project proposes to convert Brown St to one way (southbound), and parking will be provided at 6826 and 6824 Depot St and 215 and 225 Brown St. A use permit (hotel use with 50+ rooms and parking reduction), alcohol use permit, variance, zoning amendment, and design review permit are required.
