- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0347-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Mountain View Sanitary District. Project is limited to maintenance and excavation of marsh ponds, excavation and channel restoration of Peyton Slough, replacement of aging water control structures, levee restoration and reconstruction, habitat enhancement, and visitor access and facility improvements.
