This project builds on the projects originally addressed in the San Rafael High School Master Facilities Long-Range Plan. Some projects originally addressed in the 2017 Draft EIR have been altered and new projects have been added. This Supplemental EIR will address a new Aquatics Center; modernization of gyms and PE buildings; replacement of Arts Building; New Performing Arts Plaza; renovation of Admin/Theater Classroom; modernization of Technology Building and new artificial turf for baseball and softball fields. Site work and landscaping will also be addressed.
